The interview process is very detailed with multiple interviews for any position you apply for. You will be asked real life situations and how you would handle a call center environment as well as what you would do if you are not meeting monthly sales quota to change that

How to handle incoming calls if you have never been in a call center before. Almost all questions are based around how you would sale something and/or handle a certain situation. They use to make you give them a presentation on how to sale a pen or marker but then have since realized how ridiculous that was and removed it from the interview process
