Very common to what you expect out of an interview. You first need to fill out a cover letter and resume to be turned in online. Afterwords they will call you to set up an interview with individuals working or managing the position you applied for. They try to be responsible as possible meaning they ask you questions about the position but they know that Network Engineering is not necessarily a formal position taught in upper level educational like say a Civil or Mechanical Engineering is. Since this position relates alot to using computer based programs they gave me a run through and trail on their applications to see how I managed. They also asked questions about my background specifically classes I took, organizations I participated in, etc.
