The interview process is quite standard, involving an initial skype interview followed by face-to-face interviews. Unfortunately, my experience with Frontier has been tarnished by the rude, unprofessional and unresponsive HR department that has repeatedly ignored me, not even regarding me as worthy of even a standardised boilerplate response. Disappointing.
