Entrevista
After a phone screen, I went to the headquarters and interviewed with 2 clinical managers. They reviewed my resume and just wanted to learn more about my education and experiences. Later sat with the VP of Operations to discuss my goals and ambitions and why I wanted to take the position. Lastly, went in the field to see what a day would be like. Overall, positive experience; just a long process.
Interview with operations manager, met with her, took an EKG test and got graded on, was asked basic questions about experience, work, school, etc. Pretty relaxed interview. Got to learn more about company, then they followed up with me a couple days later.

They explain the History of the company, their culture, and daily expectations. You will then be given a full 12 lead EKG test to determine your competence.
