I was invited to interview with the Assistant Shelter Director and Shelter Manager. They were incredibly warm and truly embraced the principles that guide service delivery - embracing the dignity of homeless men and women as they work to change their lives. I was left very excited about working for them. Their HR Director does a thorough background check.
