Horrible experience. Got an offer and was serving notice when they took back the offer during the last week of notice with the excuse of company under loss and possible layoffs in a few months. They made multiple calls to make sure I don't join anywhere else but apparently such exclusive instructions are only for the employee and companies like this think they can do whatever they want. They put me in a really bad situation. Unless you want your offer to be taken back or want to be laid off soon after joining, I wouldn't recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. They even refused to send an official offer letter with the fear that I would use it to get another job and in the end rescinded my offer because they don't know how to do their job well. Unethical, unprofessional company.
