The interview process mostly revolved around an applied demonstration of my skills in a mock setting rather than a prescriptive Q&A format, which I think did a much better job of showing me exactly what the role would be like and showing them exactly how I'd perform in the role. That said, it takes a lot of time and effort to prepare for the mock implementation call. Overall, I liked the format more than traditional interviews, and everyone I spoke with was incredibly nice and engaged with me.
