FUN! It was 1 hr 30 mins long but the environment was very light and time went by fairly quickly. I have 3 people interview me. Make jokes keep it light. Normal to be nervous but they don't look at resumes so be yourself!
Very traditional process, but smooth. After interviewing with HR, you interview with 2 people in the team and they are very helpful and attentive. The process after for all the documents can be tedious but nothing difficult.

It was great! Very organic, positive and approachable. I was able to clear all my questions, the next step is a 90-minute interview. I hope that it is as smooth as the first step.

I had a first-round interview with an HR representative, then after that had an interview with two Hiring Managers. Both interviews went very well, everyone was cordial, asked effective questions, and did well to introduce you to the FreshBooks culture.

They asked sample questions similar to what you would face in the role: How do I use x within the program? How would I navigate to y in the program? As well as typical interview questions like: Can you tell us about a time you dealt with a difficult customer? Can you tell us a time you had to take on a job or role that was above your current ability?
