Interview process was straightforward, casual, and overall as expected. However, after the first round of in-person interview, the company and HR ghosted completely and ignored any follow up emails, which I thought was very rude and inconsiderate.
Easy casual convo with partners , conflict check takes a while. Phone screening, in office interview, follow up screening, drug test, crim check, offer, conflicts. If you feel like you are being ghosted, don't hold your breath. They move fast
