      I recently interviewed for a BSA role. This was by far the worst candidate experience, specifically due to the interviewers. The Recruiter was excellent and communicative.   There were two (1 male, 1 female). The male interviewer dominated the conversation and barely allowed the female interviewer to speak, only letting her get two questions in. This behavior was off-putting and is an indicator of how women may be treated internally. The male interviewer crossed his arms the entire time and literally looked down at me with his nose in the air.   The questions asked were made-up scenarios. He rejected the possibility of getting the same result using different methods. It was clear he led the conversation with his own bias. He tore answers apart if he didn’t like the response because it’s not how he would do it personally. The questions were presented in an interrogation style.   They cut the interview abruptly and 8 minutes early without giving space for me to ask questions.   I recommend senior leadership consider training this person on best practices for interviewing and removing biases during interviews. This is a clear risk and liability to allow this person to continue without serious training.   After the experience I had, I wouldn't consider this company for future opportunities, nor would I recommend them to anyone in my network.
