Was approached for a role and then ghosted through the interview process. Multiple emails and HR doesn't even take the time to reply back. Really disappointed with the process, please don't reach out to candidates if you're not going to treat them with respect! A sign of the culture in the organisation really.

Applied online and heard back within a week. The interview was a one-on-one session with the team lead. It was more of a conversation about my skills and how they fit the current team's needs. The interviewer was friendly and gave me a good overview of the company's culture. Even though it didn't work out, the experience was positive and the feedback was constructive.

What interests you most about working for a smaller company compared to a large corporation?
Simple Process but evaluate everything under short time of period, Solid questions which covers almost every aspect of project management while evaluating skills in practical perspective with expectation of structured answers.
The interview starts with a short introduction about myself and my background. Then, I’m asked about my skills, software experience, and portfolio. They ask scenario-based questions on teamwork, deadlines, and problem-solving, and finally discuss expectations, adaptability, and learning opportunities.
