I was invited to the onsite interview to the Freelancer office, I was given a test paper, and was required to complete the questions on it. It consists of mainly three parts, Linux command line and bash, algorithm design questions and SQL system design. After that, the interviewer will go through the questions and ask you questions.
Initial HR call to ask common questions like what is your visa, why do you leave current job. Then online coding, followed by 3 hours on-site interview including 1 hours close exam then 2 hours of discussion
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening, followed by a technical round covering .NET, C#, and system design basics. The interviewer asked practical scenario-based questions and a short coding task. The overall experience was smooth, professional, and the communication from the recruiter was clear throughout the process.
