I was interviewed by the newly hired Disability Advocate Supervisor. She spent most of the time talking about her own experience in the field rather than my own credentials.

"Are you single?", was a very strange question that my much older future supervisor asked me.
Sent for an interview by staffing agency. A panel of 3 supervisors with the standard interview questions. I received a call the same day with a job offer. Internal training began soon afterwards.
