Went on Indeed.com and applied to a position that does not exist in order to get more CSR. Was contacted within a week for an interview. Also was told there is room for growth. That was a lie. Manager is much friendlier in interview than in workplace.

I'm pretty sure the only question of any significance was "can you handle being on the phone all day?" They know they are bringing people in for a fake job so they want to avoid any liability by making sure the interviewee knows what they are getting themselves into.
