2 stage process with both arranged up front at the same time. Mixed feedback from the first but second went ahead anyway. Second meeting involved the interim consultant currently in role interviewing me while would-be colleagues/senior leadership team observed and barely talked. Would not describe the meeting as “friendly”, was not a comfortable experience. Got the impression decision had been made before I arrived hence the lack of any effort to engage with me. Role wasn’t as described on job spec - this wasn’t made clear until the last meeting when more insight was shared. Wish this had been known beforehand. Decided to withdraw due to experience and concerns above - was rejected anyway, with no detailed feedback from the process.
