I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter the following day and then scheduled for an in person with three people. The recruiter said that I would have a modeling test if I was called back for a 2nd interview. I arrived for the 1st interview and was put into a room to write answers to their interview questions and do modeling test all on excel. No one talked to me until after and then made me feel stupid for not performing well on the modeling test (which I was not prepared to take since it was supposed to happen on the 2nd interview).
