First on-campus interview with a recruiter, then office tour that included an interview with a senior manager, a partner, and lunch with two associates. All interviews extremely laid back and conversational. I was never asked any technical questions.
Had all my interviews online. initial round with recruiter. 2nd round was meeting with an associate, senior, manager, and partner. Easy and just getting to know you type of questions. Don't recall there was any behavioral questions.

Couple phone/ zoom calls with Partners and current employees. Very easy, the first call is just to get to know you as a person and not technical at all. I had Zoom calls with a few managers who currently work there. Again, not super technical and they are more interested in your personality.

Mostly casual and conversational, they just want to get to know you as a person. Be yourself and ask questions about the firm. They do not expect you to know everything about the job.
