If your resume is selected you will be contacted by HR first, and you will have a basic interview regarding the company, the immigration process, the basics of your role, and how your experience fits. You will then have a meeting scheduled with the Manager with whom you will have a more detailed conversation about your experience and the company job role to evaluate your personality.
