They were quick to follow up the application with an email offering a phone interview, and the phone interview was scheduled within the same week. The interviewer was friendly and candid about the work and expectations in terms of time.
1 hour in-person interview at the Chicago downtown office. I was provided a quick tour of the current employee space, then met with the hiring manager one-on-one for the interview.
