Got a mail with test link. Completed my test got mail from HR that I passed my test and interview will be scheduled in coming week. I was vary impressed with the fast track process of the company. But sadly that tuned negative. I never got interview schedule. I followed up with HR thrice she never replied back.

You have to clear an aptitude test and a Test case in Power BI to be called for F2F interview. The aptitude test is complex which requires prior practice to be solved. For the Power BI test you're given an excel sheet with data and a document containing 5 questions based on that data. You're given one our of time to answer those questions. You have to also create visualisation in Power BI desktop to support your answer. If they are satisfied with your performance in these two test you're called for F2F interview. The interview has three stages, Technical round, Business round and HR round. Half of the technical round is about your test case that you sent earlier. You'll be asked about your approach and ways you can improve the same. Other half will be other questions related to Power BI desktop and Power BI services. In business round, you're given situation which you generally face while working with a client. You're tested based on your response to those situations. Third round is HR round. You're asked basic questions like reason of leaving your current organisation and other stuff like that. All three rounds were done on a single day and it took me roughly 3 hours.
