Interview process was very well organized. There were 2 rounds of test (Aptitude & Technical) followed by 3 rounds of Interview. The Aptitude test was conducted on Mettl and had 4 sections - Data Analysis, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability. Difficulty was moderate. Basic aptitude should be good enough to clear it. Technical test required domain knowledge, depending on the role you are applying for. I cleared the test round and was invited for an interview after 2 days. The first round was technical round, in which the interview grilled on the kind of projects you have done (based on your CV) and asked quite a good number of technical questions. Guess estimates were asked as well. Since the role is that of a consultant, you are required to be good at guess estimates / case studies & puzzles. The second round was again a technical one where the interviewer was interested to know about the kind of experience in my previous organizations, besides throwing in a few tech questions as well. Puzzles were asked, and they were of moderate difficulty. I was confident of clearing this round as my answers were good enough. The third and final round was the HR round. Basic HR questions were asked. This round is important as well, as Fractal is very keen to ensure that they select the right candidate, someone who fits with the company culture. The process was over within a week, and I was given the offer. I liked the flow of the process and the immediate feedback received from the company.
