First round: Python/SQL written test on HackerEarth.
Second round: Technical interview.
Third round: Managerial interview.
Final round: HR round
The hiring process was clear and the HRs I interacted with helped me thorough out the process.

Pregunta 1
First Round: Written test which included Programming questions and SQL questions, there was a choice between python and R for programming questions. There were 4 programming questions and 4 SQL questions, the programming questions were moderately tough, A good SQL professional should be able to crack all 4 SQL questions. A lot of them can be solved using case and when statements and joins.
Second Round: It was telephonic interview from one of the senior consultants working in the firm, he asked me about my experience, my work, some questions on basic stats, then some basic questions on Linear and Logistic regression, and an easy quantitative aptitude question.
Third Round: I was interviewed by a senior manager, who asked me about myself, my experience and why I was interested in this job. There were a couple of case studies where he checked my problem solving skills and approach to solve those cases. He asked about a situation where I solved my clients problem and the feedback I received from my client. His intention was to see if I am a team player.
Final Round: It was an HR round. The HR asked the following questions:
1. Did you go through the JD? What do you like the most about this job?
2. Why do you want to join fractal?
3. How often do you interact with your clients, describe your typical day at your current firm.

I have appeared for the Fractal Python + SQL test thrice in the month of July, 2021. For the first time when I appeared for the test, I passed out all the test cases of all questions ( 4 Python + 4 SQL ). And, for the second and third time I passed all the test cases for 6/8 questions (4 Python + 2 SQL ). I reverted back to the email and POC, I didn’t receive any response. I tried connecting with the POC on LinkedIn and she told me I’ve passed the test but keeps on delaying the further process by saying they do not have interview dates available. She firmly asked me to go on with other applications and she’d ask me in future if they get interview dates. I don’t know if this is some kind of joke or something. Ahe thinks we are free enough to just appear for the test and then go on with other applications. I didn’t expect this from Fractal at all. I was so excited to proceed with them but now after seeing this behaviour from their recruiting members, I got the idea of company culture.
