The Interview Process consisted of total 5 rounds. Round 1 : Online Aptitude Test on Mettl platform.Consisted of 4 Sections :- Data Analysis, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability.Total 70 Questions were there and time alloted was 75 Minutes.No negative marking.Difficulty level was moderate. Round 2 : Telephonic Technical Interview.DS/Algo and python related questions were asked. Round 3 : F2F Technical Interview. Mainly DS/Algo(Linked List,Stacks) questions were asked. Round 4 : F2F Business Interview.Mainly questions were based on resume and past work experience.  Round 5 : Human Resource Interview.Basic questions such as why you want to join Fractal, biggest challenges etc. Special mention of HR - Hemal Kamble: She was taking care of entire process. She is highly committed in making the recruitment process enjoyable and easy while providing regular updates at every step.Her communication throughout the process was very good and she was always available for any kind of doubts or questions.I had the best recruitment experience to date.
