The process consisted of 4 rounds, all of them being an elimination round, First round is a normal aptitude test which you have to give online. A candidate preparing for CAT could easily manage it. The next 2 rounds are F2F with questions on Resume, Guesstimations and Case studies. I gave the first round, it lasted for around 20 mins. The interviewer grilled me on my resume, I think he sort of had made his mind to reject me on the resume itself. He then asked me one illusion puzzle and a guestimation scenario. And that was that. Please prepare your resume with utmost care, because a single mistake will cost you heavily.
