Applied this position online and got the phone interview after about 2 months. During the phone screen, the recruiter went through my resume and ask some behavior question. At the end, I had about 5 minutes to ask him some questions. The phone interview will take about 30 minutes.

The interviewers were nice, patient, and shared a lot of information on the industry and the company itself. Knowing how to speak Chinese really helps since they tell you on the face there's you will have to travel to China quite often
