It takes 3 weeks for the whole process. I received a call from the HR and had a resume screening. After there was a technical interview from a manager. They asked me some behavior questions and some questions about mechanical design
it's okay. the manager needed a at least 5 plus experienced manufacturing manager, and said there are no colleague in their term, everything is on your own after you on board. Please don't expect any workshop or training.

Was pretty easy. Just some behavioral questions and questions about previous work experience . There were two rounds . First was HR then it was hiring managers. Easy conversations and relaxing
