Two rounds of interview within a day. Very efficient hiring process as the HR team was able to revert within a week. Once accepted, I was given a tour around the hotel despite being only a part timer.

Entrevista
1st stage- Assistant of HR interview regard working background and experiences in service industry.
2nd stage- Manager of department interviewed about your problem solving skills in previous company and guest handling experiences. Scenario interviewed conducted in order to test your abilities whether fit to the job
3rd stage- Interviewed by Hotel Manager. Basically was a relax conversation and made a first contact with hotel manger.
