You start with a phone interview if you live abroad, otherwise HR is the first stop. Then the games begin. Count on spending the entire day there. First, it's HR and potentially one more. Then it's the department manager, then his director then sometimes the hotel manager and almost always the GM finishes.
3 interviews, job offer out of the blue. Basic questions. Easy for the most part. Not a ton of communication during the process. Had to move quickly after the offer was made
