I applied for concierge position but was new to the area so the interviewer told me I needed more knowledge about Las Vegas before becoming a concierge. She was so helpful and sweet about it! She even helped me that second find something else at the company I would be interested in. I ended up interviewing for a server position right then and there and she helped me push through to get all interviews taken care of within a few days. So helpful and great company so far!

Interview was more about a personality fit than a tell me about a time interview. Checking to make sure people are the type to care about the service being provided and making an experience for every guest.

Entrevista
Interviews were fairly easy but the whole process was longer than it had to be. There were in total of 5 interview stages, which started off as phone interview. Then, it proceeded with 3 virtual interviews with different important people from the department. The process concluded with a in-person interview with the hotel manager. The first 3 interviews were more theory-based questions, to understand your comprehension in certain tasks, while the last two interviews were more to understand your characteristics and personality.

Entrevista
The interview process was tedious but fun. There was a meeting with People and Culture, my direct supervisor as well as a group interview. The group interview was a great way to meet peers and show how you work with others when approached with challenges.
