Interviews are usually 4 stages which includes interview with Director of Human Resources, Department Head, Division Head and either Hotel Manager/ GM. First stage is mostly company culture questions and how you would fit in. Next stage is mostly job qualifications and behavioral based questions. You should strive to answer these questions with specific and strong examples of your own experience. Last interview with hotel manager/ GM is mostly just to ensure you are a good fit and approval by upper management so it's not as difficult as previous interviews.

Four Seasons typically requires 3-4 interviews. One with HR, another with the hiring manager and then potentially the director above the hiring and then the General Manager or Hotel Manager.
