Was just like any other interview. The interviewer was nice and respectful. It didn’t last very long. They don’t want you to make up stuff that you have or haven’t done because in the long run they will know based on how iou perform. So honesty is always the best idea for experience you have. Just be yourself.

Was asked about myself. What customer service experience did I have? Explain a time when I had an upset consumer and how I handled that. Why should they hire me? It wasn’t hard, just be honest that’s all they want.

They request a speed test and then schedule you for a phone interview. The questions were very simple and they send you the offer letter after the interview. The recruiter also asked what weekend you’d like off and what 12hr schedule you’d like. For example I selected 9am-9pm and they give you a schedule in that time frame. The other day day off will be random/floating. All campaigns are different. This one is for Capital One
