There were in total of 3 rounds.
1. HR round-simple random questions
2. Voice & accent- they give you some paragraphs & make us read it out loud. One should make sure to adjust the pitch & read without any error in pronunciation
3. Operations-few technical questions & stability test.
It takes about 1-3 rounds. First round typing test+ scenario. Second round round scenario based questions(email).Third round manager round(scenario based questions) and some basic questions like tell me about yourself and customer handling solution
It had 4 rounds and all they checked is communication skills. All rounds were very easy.online test,versant rounds,hr round,ops rounds. Interview was completed in one day.i was hired for tech support role for hp process for printers
