4-5 question on various areas(Frontend, Backend, DevOps/Linus, Cloud) of software development. Followed by some behavioural and situational questions, It's a very conversation like experience and you're encouraged to ask question anytime but towards the end, they might try to build a casual conversation if time is remaining. After my interview, I got a detailed assessment of my performance for each section. They grade expertise using experience-level. Most of my grade for all sections were intermediate-level but got senior-level on some aswell. I felt, it was close to accurate and also the process was a very realistic way to determine knowledge.
