The interview process was common. They will send you a standard in the subject you apply for. Following your demo, you will do a sit down interview with the leadership team where they ask what you would do differently and how you would score yourself based on your demo. They will also look for you to mention differentiated learning skills and such. Then in about 3-5 days (depending on their candidates) they will reach out with an offer and expectations.
