I made it to three rounds, and I believe there were 4 total. First was a phone screening, then a meeting with the editorial coordinator, then with the head of content strategy. Very positive experience with all of the above, asked questions mainly related to what I mentioned in my resume, so a bit more experience/technical in nature (vs strictly behavioral). I lacked content strategy experience and was not offered the position. Timeline was very quick and I was notified a few days after each interview.
