The Interview process was so human - both trying to know me and my skill set and also allow me to know the organization. I appreciated the candor of everyone I spoke with about ways the organization was strong and areas for growth. I also appreciated the opportunity to create a work product, but didn't take so much time and effort that I felt like I was working for free.

Entrevista
There was a series of 2 interviews, with 5 different employees, as well as a written task. After the second interview and task I was told that I would hear back at the end of the week. Not only did that never happen but when I reached out to HR respectfully asking for an update, I received no response. I never heard back from them at all, not even a “no thank you”. Incredibly unprofessional considering the time committed to the process. I was grateful I didn't get an offer and I saw the dysfunction in the recruitment process.
