I should have listened to the other negative reviews. STAY FAR AWAY FROM FOSPHA. I just completed a month-long interview process with them for an ENTRY LEVEL Customer Success role in which there are 5 stages: 1. Screening Interview 2. Dataset Assessment that is uncompensated and time-consuming 3. Interview with Talent Manager 4. Remote Assessment Centre: A 3-HOUR long process that consists of receiving info on a fictional client and preparing a presentation with 2 other candidates whom you’ve never met; they say you’ll have 45 minutes to prep for this, but by the time the talent manager finishes explaining the prompt and you finish introductions, there’s truly only 30 minutes to prepare this presentation that you’re expected to present to a panel of Fospha executives (who are supposed to be playing the hypothetical clients in this scenario). 5.Values and Culture Interviews: After you finish presenting to a panel of extremely sterile/unfriendly executives in which they ask you ridiculously difficult questions that only a marketing expert would know, they break you and the other candidates into different rooms and you individually complete a Values interview and a Culture interview. The culture interview was actually very pleasant as the Fospha employee that conducted it was an extraordinarily easy person to talk to. They did, however ask a few situational questions, despite this being posed as an informal chat. This was fine, as I had prepared for such questions and I left that interview feeling pretty positive. All of that changed when I entered the final “Values” interview in which I was told would be a conversational interview about my values and how they align with Fospha’s values and mission. I prepped for this by learning/memorizing their values in accordance with their website, however they didn’t frame these values at all in the final interview. Instead, I was back facing the same sterile/ unapproachable panel of interviewers that assessed my earlier collaborative presentation. They ran through a series of situational questions that had no obvious connection to their “values” all while barely engaging with me. I gave them my all in answering their questions and gave them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they were just tired after a long day (as it was about to be 6 PM their time) and tried not to take their lack of enthusiasm and energy in me as a candidate personally. Now looking back I can’t help but think they had already made a decision about me and didn’t really care to listen to anything else I had to say. Once the interview was over, I was told by my recruiter that we would know of their decision by the end of the week, however actually ended up having to wait a whole week after the final interview to find out that WE (me + the other candidates in my group) had all been rejected bc we didn’t do a good enough job “collaborating” in their opinion; we didn’t do a good enough job presenting slides that we only had 30 minutes to complete with people we had never met before, go figure!! I, and my fellow candidates that I collaborated with completely disagree with this notion and all believed that we collaborated very well considering the situation and if they had filmed the process of us putting the presentation, they would know that! I’d like Fospha to know that we were actually so great at collaborating and communicating with each other that we immediately all connected on LinkedIn after the interview and essentially trauma-bonded over our horrible interview experience with Fospha! So, please, if you’re considering interviewing with this mess of a company, please seriously reconsider! I think it says more about them as a company than us candidates that they think it’s perfectly reasonable to put people through the wringer like this and they know candidates will do it because of how terrible the job market is right now! I hope Fospha sees this feedback and reconsiders reevaluating the way they run their hiring process because it is not an effective or efficient way to bring in true talent.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on the recent assessment centre. We’re sorry to hear that your interview experience with us didn’t meet your expectations. We are aware that we have set a really high bar for our interview process, and we’ve been reassured in this approach by the results in terms of the quality of the people we've recruited and the speed at which they’ve developed within the company. We've seen individuals who joined us as graduates grow into managers and leaders much faster than we’ve seen elsewhere in our careers and it's something we're particularly proud of. Developing young talent has become a core part of our mission. However, whilst we expect the application process to be challenging, we strongly believe it should also be stimulating and a positive experience for candidates and we're sad to read it wasn't for you. Thank you for your feedback; as much as we value our process and the outcomes it delivers, we’re committed to continuously reviewing and improving it. Your input will help us optimize the experience for future candidates. Thank you again, and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours. Thanks, Fospha Talent Team

Overall, I had a very positive application/interview process. It consisted of an initial application, 20min screening call, 48hour data task, In-person assessment centre and final in person interview with senior leadership. The process was very enjoyable and the in person elements are great as you get to meet so much of the team. Everyone is very friendly and communication with my recruiter was very smooth and informative. Going through the process made me even more excited to start the role! One thing that will definitely help you through the stages is knowing the company inside and out. Luckily all the information you will need can be found on their website so as long as you learn that and don’t go on to the interviews or assessment centre blind, you should do great! I have no cons to share about the interviewing process, the London office was phenomenal!
