Fast because the company was low on staff and wanted to hire anybody they could. Company is growing at a rapid rate and can tell by the turnover rate that the company is willing to take most people (as long as you seem competent)
It was a very straight forward process, online application then online test and if you pass the online test they invite you to an interview and then assessment centre. Questions asked were simple, such as why you want to work here and this line

Made it a very comfortable experience, simple questions were asked and interviewer was really kind. Lots of them were to do the with role specifics and nature of programme, was asked about long-term goals.
