Motivation and Competency based. Online interview with no facecam for interviewer and a little room to show your personality to recruiter. Questions were standard. No introduction questions to get personality. They get straight into why the role and company, and why you're a good fit.

Welcoming, good range of questions that are comprehensive. Had to deliver a presentation and then answer numerous behaviour/skill based questions. Lasted approximately 90 minutes. Previously, had to complete a Virtual Assessment Centre and an Online Interview.
