Entrevista
The hiring process is a two part interview. The first interview is with the hiring manager of the payroll team. There is the usual going through current experience etc and there is a small payroll test. It is around 20 questions long, a mixture of easy and slightly harder ones. If you pass the test then the second interview is with the payroll director. It's nothing scary, just chatting to get to know you and no further tests.
Two (2) Stages:
1. Virtual on Teams, with the hiring Manager for one hour
2. Onsite, Assessment with twenty questions for another one hour.
The response time for feedbacks is really encouraging. In addition, several reminders would be sent for the interview.
