The hiring process begins with the filling up of a form consisting basic details such as educational qualification, details about previous employers, it proceeds with an interaction with HR personnel where personality and communication skills are examined, subsequently with the manager/partner level where core knowledge and application of skills are tested.
I did two rounds of interviews, the first was a screening call with more general questions about myself, second was with a manager who explained what the job would entail.

Great experience - did not feel intimidated at all really got to just have a conversation about what my goals looked like. I wanted a position in Rogers, unfortunately they were full but wanted to work with me, so they offered me a internship at another office.
