I interviewed with Forum health for a position as a functional medicine provider. They had me go through 5 different interviews as well as a site visit over the span of approximately 9 weeks. I spent my own money for the site visit. I discussed some of my reservations with HR regarding supervision duties and we came to an agreement. I was also told different things about the position by different interviewers which I regrettably made excuses for. I was given an offer letter which I accepted and then came my contract. It included a subheading with requirements for marketing - none of this was disclosed prior to that time. I expressed concern over not being informed of it prior, explained that the salary I agreed to was not commensurate with the extra work, and wanted to see what could be done about it. After no response for several days I got a call saying the offer was rescinded because I was no longer a good match, and that they were looking for someone with an “entrepreneurial spirit.” I was in shock and disbelief. Not only were my time and money wasted, but they were incredibly unprofessional. I am so grateful the job did not work out as I would never want to represent a company who treats people this way. I never write negative reviews, but I am hoping to prevent this from happening to someone else.
