Initial phase there was a mix interview conduct. It was a friendly and high level touch of projects, that i have worked with, agile methodologies and discuss about competence areas. Then there was a technical interview which usually conduct by a higher level architect and asked about best practices, projects, deployments, team related questions. In the final phase I had a interview with global level HR and solution persons which was again, a friendly and interesting interview and boom I was got selected!
