I spoke to a recruiter on the phone for about 15 minutes. Went over my technical and functional background. Met with him and his manager that afternoon. They interviewed me in person for about 10-15 min. Asked about what I wanted to do long term and short term. More conversational then anything. I interviewed with the client company 2 days later and got the job. Very excited about working for this company. I've been dying to get into a datacenter and get hands on.
