I interviewed in May of 2020. The interview process started with a recruiter reaching out to me on LinkedIn. I gave her my phone number, and she called a few days later to tell me more about the company and asked me if I would be interested in another interview. I said yes, so a few days later she and I did a video chat interview. She asked a few questions, none which were in the traditional 'interview' realm, and at the end, asked me if I was still interested. I said yes, so she set me up with a call with her boss. Two days later, I did a video chat interview with him. Again, very informal. He told me I would hear back within a week about a decision if I were to continue on in the interview process. Keep in mind, in both interviews, they told me I would be a great fit for the company.
Two weeks later, I have heard nothing. Don't lie to people during the interview process if you aren't going to go through with them. Also, I have reached out to both interviewers and neither have even responded with a curtesy, "You are no longer being considered" email. This is super unprofessional, and I would not recommend interviewing with them. I didn't listen to the other people on this website saying that they are shady, but that is the vibe I've gotten as well.
