Easy and laid back. Flew me out to Chicago and had an all day interview. Great culture, but job lacked a good salary in the end. I was offered the position after about 12 hours of interviews. Candid conversations and didn't feel much like an inteeview

Extremely lengthy, over 10 interviews were required for an entry level position. Everyone is very kind but the process is somewhat repetitive. Mine was conducted via zoom due to COVID.

Fortitude found my resume online and called me with the intention of placing me with an employer that they knew would be a good fit for me. I had fantastic conversations with my recruiter and felt extremely relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire phone interview. Once I was done speaking with my recruiter I spoke with her supervisor who would be representing me to the company that they matched me with. He was extremely friendly and ensured me that they'd be happy to help me through the entire process.
