The company isn't messing around when it comes to interviewing. They flew me in, paid for my flight, put me up in a 4 star hotel, sent an employee to have a nice dinner with me, all before the fun began.
"The fun" = the interview day. The interview day wasn't short for me. It lasted all day and there weren't many canned questions. There isn't really any way to prepare for this interview other than to be ready to be grilled about who you are and if you really want to invest in your career. I got the feeling they are not looking for someone that just wants a "cush" job out of college. I interviewed with someone that was 6 months in and someone that was 6 years in; as well as a bunch of people in between. They all cared about the trajectory of the company.
I interviewed with a group of 9 people. Only 2 received final interviews and I was told by the recruiter after I got the job, I was the only one offered. They are very selective.

The questions were genuine and real. I could put that they asked "this or that" but I got the feeling that every interview was very real vs. canned.

Had some really great first and second interview rounds, and then they flew me out to see the office. was there all day and thought it went well and then they basically ghosted me. acted as if they were super interested and then i had to reach out multiple times and they wouldn't even tell me if they were moving forward with me or not. got completely ghosted and scammed.

On site interview speaking with people who worked in various positions at the company. A lot of small talking and asking questions. Surprised at how little formal interviewing there was but I definitely learned a lot.

What kinds of jobs have you applied or interviewed for?
An in person all day process to learn more about the company. You will speak to several people in many roles in the office as well as have the opportunity to shadow one of the employees towards the end of the interview.
