It was a fairly quick process, I think anyway. I was contacted by a woman named Christi, who was their HR/Admin. She explained that, Alex Lilley, the Market Manager over Northern Indianapolis area had reviewed my resume and would like to sit down for a one on one interview. The one on one interview took place at their office in Carmel, IN. Very nice office space (I was a little intimidated at first because I had just graduated last year and this was my first "real" job). I checked in with the receptionist and filled out the application. After that I was greeted by Alex. I think he could tell I was nervous because he began the interview by telling a joke! After that I started to calm down and we began the interview. The interview lasted around 10-15 min. He explained his story and how he got to where he is, their role as a company, and how to move up in the program. Once the interview ended he explained the next steps of the interview process and said I would receive a phone call in the next 2 to 3 days if brought back for the second round interview. I did receive a call and was brought back a couple days later. I was then introduced to a couple employees and trainers. I did my second round interview with a gentleman named Glody Nzinga. Great guy, the interview consisted of a break down of the day to day duties, pay structure, the "Corporate Training program", company history. That interview lasted about 45min. After that I filled out a quick Questionaire. I was told Alex would get in contact with me if I was offered the job. 4 days later Alex called and offered me a position at the firm.
