The interview process was quite complex and time-consuming. It started with an initial screening, followed by a portfolio case study presentation and a live UX challenge. After that, there was a take-home assignment with two tasks to be completed in an hour, a whiteboard challenge, and additional interviews with various team members. Overall, the multiple challenges and stages demanded significant time and energy.

With more than 5 rounds, every interview felt very impressional often leaving no time to ask questions. While take home design prompts are industry standard, there was a lot of moving the goal post and miscommunication.
