There were 3 rounds of interview in total. I must say Bengaluru Center is dominated by an Specific Region people and if you belong to that you pass 70% upfront. HR doesn't have clear picture of the interview process and they have communication gap between themselves. There would be 3 interviewers in the final round and that's F2F. The interview questions are going to be beyond your expectation and you would be expected to know each and everything if you don't belong to the specific region because the first question I was asked that "Which is my native state".
It was about 5 rounds with different people from HR to Own of the position and two technical interviews very focus on Fortinet products, one of the technical interviews was actually a practical lab

Hiring Process takes time but it was really smooth.
Got a call from Recruiter and he explained me about the full process in detail step by step.
After technical screening was completed, got a call for last face to face round of discussion.
All the process was planned really well and performed in time.
Face to face round of interview was about in full detail. I felt like screening from technical point of view to project management and about the temperament of the candidate.
I thoroughly enjoyed that face to face round of discussion.
After that it takes time for the decision making phase and I was offered the job after almost a month.
After receiving the offer, it totally on employee how soon he can join.
I saw the investment of time during the entire process and it felt worth waiting for in the end.
